Aida Elizabeth Montanarro Torres (Havana, 1963) Graduated in Mathematical Cybernetics. She is a member of the Expedition Collective Literary Creation Project and the Monte Yoshino Haiku Group. She has published various haikus and short stories in magazines and digital pages. She is included in the narrative compilations: Súper flacas, Ediciones Cubanas 2015, El silencio de los cristales, stories about Cuban emigration, Ediciones Unión 2018, and in others that will soon appear; She is part of the collective novel Mirar, sufrir, gozar… La Habana, Editorial Primigenios 2020, and will be included in other compilations in the process of being published. First Prize 2012, Third Prize 2008, and First Mention 2007, in Story, in the Luisa Pérez de Zambrana Competition.
