Poet, narrator and compiler. Member of the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC). Founder of the Monte Yoshino Haiku Group and advisor to the literary workshop “En el brocal del pozo”, organized by the same group. He has published the collection of poems "El acoso de mis fantasmas", (First Prize Rafaela Chacón Nardi National Poetry Contest 2009); "Tras mi ventana", and "Mascaras"; the trilogy of youth novels: "En cada tiempo y en este lugar", (DAVID Award 2011); "¿Quién dijo que los hombres no lloran?" (2015); and "¿Soñar o vivir?" (2016); the novel "Paraíso Satánico" (2018); the book of stories "Doble nueve" (Mention Loynaz Brothers Contest 2017); He is the director of the compilation "El silencio de los cristales", stories about Cuban emigration (2018), and coordinator of the collective novel "Mirar, sufrir, gozar…" (2020).

His work has been included in various collections of short stories, short stories, poetry and Haiku, in Cuba and abroad.He has also obtained, among others, the following awards: Popularity Award and Jury Mention (Children's Story) at the XI Floral Games of Matanzas 2013; Third Prize VII International Contest of Social Poetry City of Algeciras Julia Guerra Spain, 2014; Regino E. Boti Narrative Award, 2018, with the story-novel Where there were loves, stories remain, in editorial process. National Poetry Award Adelaida del Mármol 2019, with the collection of poems For different sidewalks; and Best Haiku Award International Haiku Contest of the Faculty of Law of Albacete, La Mancha, Spain, 2019.
